Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026.

The service

Ordiminis, run by Dev Hajdo, a trading name of Michal Hajdo, lets commission painters save paint schemes, share them with clients through private links, and record the client's approval. You can use it as a guest without an email; guest accounts are deleted after 30 days unless you add one.

Plans and payment

The free plan covers 2 clients. Pro costs £3.99 a month or £34.99 a year, including VAT where it applies, and renews automatically until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe through Link, which is the seller of record. You can cancel at any time in Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're a consumer you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a refund, unless you asked for Pro to start straight away and used it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ordiminis to:

  • upload or share anything illegal, including content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing;
  • store images that aren't photos of your miniature painting work;
  • share someone's personal data without a lawful reason;
  • attack, overload, or try to get around the limits or security of the service.

We may disable a scheme or suspend an account that breaks these rules. We keep the data rather than deleting it, in case it's needed as evidence. Anyone can report a page through the contact page.

Your content

You own your schemes and photos. You let us store and show them only to run the service for you, including showing them to the clients you share a link with.

Processor terms (UK GDPR Article 28)

For the client data you enter, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will:

  • process it only to provide the service, on your instructions as given through the app;
  • keep it confidential, and make sure anyone processing it is bound to confidentiality;
  • protect it with appropriate security, including access rules on every table and encryption in transit;
  • use only the sub-processors named in the privacy policy (Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe), and tell you before adding one;
  • help you answer your clients' requests to see or delete their data;
  • tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data;
  • delete it when you delete it or your account, apart from backups that age out;
  • give you the information you need to show you're meeting your own obligations.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ordiminis running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. You can stop using Ordiminis and delete your account whenever you like.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
