Who we are
Ordiminis is run by Dev Hajdo, a trading name of Michal Hajdo, 50 Robert Street, DY3 2AY, United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@ordiminis.com or through the contact page.
Two roles
For painters' own accounts we are the controller: we decide how that data is used. For the client names, contact details and notes a painter enters, the painter is the controller and we are their processor: we only store and show that data for them, as set out in the processor terms in our terms of service.

Photos
Photos are resized on your device before upload, and the redraw removes location data and other metadata. The original file never leaves your device.
Who else handles data
- Supabase stores the database and photos, in London.
- Cloudflare serves the website, counts page views without cookies, and runs the bot check on the report form.
- Stripe takes payments for Pro as the seller (merchant of record), through Link.
Cookies and storage
The only thing stored in your browser is your sign-in session, which is strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Emails
Sign-in links and receipts are service emails. Product news goes only to painters who didn't opt out, always with an unsubscribe link. Clients never get marketing from us.
Your rights
- See your data: Settings, Download my data, gives you all of it as a file.
- Correct it: everything is editable in the app.
- Delete it: Settings, Delete my account, removes everything straight away, including your customer record at Stripe. Stripe keeps the payment and tax records the law requires of a seller. Database backups age out on Supabase's backup schedule.
- Complain: use the contact page, or contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If you're a painter's client, contact the painter first: they control your details. We'll help them answer you.
